Where to Change VANOS Seal in Sydney

Hi Guys,
I bought a 2003 325i recently and I feel loss of power and torque below 3,000 RPM.
After read some threads I decide to change the VANOS O-Ring Seal.(buy the Beisan seal)

I would like to DIY , but unfortunately the install procedures looks complicate for me , I only can DIY change the engine oil.

Could any one recommend any machinist or shop in Sydney?

Thanks
James

You make me want to do my Beisan seals too. I have some loss of power/torque below 2000 RPM when i'm very light on the pedal. Otherwise I'm alright.

Keen to source a mechanic to do this also. Even though it's a straight forward process, I'd rather take it to someone who is familiar with the issue, rather than taking the time to explain it to the general mechanic around the corner.

I got a e46 320ci in Sydney too. I suggest that before u do the vano job, fix the oil leak problems first if u haven't done that.
And also wondering any place to fix the vano problem?

Feeling like I'm also losing power/torque under 2000 rpm. I even got a fuel consumption 16l/100km around the city....

It's not a difficult fix to be honest. I'm yet to do it, but I'm planning on it some time this year. If you can, do it with a VCG change, as it's recommended you replace your VCG unless it's only a year or two old. Look up the Beisan DIY and get familiar with it before you do it.
