Diagnosing intermittent xenon failure, made a oops

So after some research on why my passenger side xenon bulb would intermittently go out (similar to this thread).

Research led me to believe it might be the igniter but I first wanted to swap the bulbs around to rule them out. My big hands were making the process difficult and in the process of moving wires aside I think I somehow sliced clean through a wire (possibly on a sharp body panel, I have no idea):

Notice the green wire - Clean cut.

While this might have been the original problem for the xenon intermittently going out (not flickering), I doubt it would have been working this long with no problems.

Any suggestions on how to fix the wire with so little to work with?

Ah man :/ The facelift coupes suffer BAD from those wires crumbling apart. ANY way possible to splice off the green cover and solder the wires together? I think you need the help of Ant Man
