Z4 2008 (E85) no start after flat battery

hi guys
Thanks for your time. Wanting some help with my non starting Z4.

I have a Z4 2008 (E85) and had a flat battery recently. I disconnected the battery and charged it. Then put the battery back and the car wouldn't start. Then I bought an ELM327 cable and downloaded P.A. Soft 1.4.0 and done a scan and there are two errors that shows up in the EWS (immobiliser module):
- 2A [042] Error number 2A
- 0A [010] Error number 0A

I am trying to find details for these codes but has not been able to so far. I have read some threads about the EWS module locking everything when the battery is removed (kind of a theft protection scenario) and these posts suggests re-synchronising EWS and DME modules. Not sure whether P.A. Soft 1.4.0 can do it and I have searched but haven't found a step by step guide yet.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction.

Thanks again.
