Okay, this may be a dumb question but I have to ask. The 330 has 2 pipes coming out of the second resonator, and the 2 pipes continue into the muffler. If I wanted to do this mod but without the quad setup, should I have the muffler shop just weld 2 pipes and 2 tips?

Ok, got a quote for $300, for the muffler cut off, the pipe welded on, and no tip. I need to get some more quotes, that to me is way too much $ for a half hour of work.

the exhaust pipe is not 2.5", but rather 2.25" ; the tips could be 2.25" ID (inner diameter) in, and dual 76mm out (or single 90mm if you perfer).

Do you have anything else done to the car? Did you leave in both resonators? I have both resonators, along with the OEM headers and intake and the volume is perfect. Much louder and it would be too loud... much softer and it wouldn't sound "aftermarket enough" for my tastes. That said, I wanted an exhaust setup with some bark and everyone wants something different.

Does anyone have a picture of quads on an OEM non m or zhp bumper? I'm wondering if it will look weird or okay.

That's why i always advise people to get an mtech or aftermarket rear before doing quads. Unfortunately, despite telling them that, several have gone ahead and done it.. most than email me later saying "you were right"
