operating temperature range of DME in e-box ?

my car issue is that fuse 28 keeps blowing occasionally in summer. according to my experience, it happens when the car is parked under sunlight(say, 33degC or above) outdoor, comes across traffic jam under sunlight (outside 3x degC or above) or is parked at indoor car park(high temperature, say 35degC). in short, if the body car is super hot, the fuse will be blown. to resolve the fuse 28 keeps blowing issue, i tried to replace FSR(final stage resistor) and the A/C control unit, but still no luck. now i am going to unplug the e-box fan in order to find out the root causes. before doing that, just gonna check the operating temperature range of DME and ICU (installed in e-box) in order to make sure everything is going well.
