Rough rumble (dying pad/rotor) when stopping or turning slow..?

Thanks guys for reading.

My pads/rotors were changed about 10k miles ago. Whenever I approach a stop, or if I turn slowly at a sharp turn at about 10mph, I hear this rough low-pitched rumble coming from the Passenger Side FRONT wheel.

Possibly bad dying brakes?
Something worse?

Thanks guys for any input.

Thanks!!

Sounds as if my wheel is too big and rubs on the fender. Or as if my pad is rubbing on a rusty old rotor. Low pitched, gargly , rumble. Like dying brake pads.

Sound is only consistent when making a sharp left turn. Not so much on braking anymore. Again, this is the front passenger side wheel.

Will check the wheel bearing. The infamous wheel bearing issue. Hopefully its just brakes as I'm redoing my pads/rotors next week.

Thanks!
