Overhead press
10x3 at 145 lbs

200 slam balls 20 lbs

5x50 yard farmers walks 95 lbs DBs

Tabata battle ropes

4 count flutter kicks
6 sets of 25

Honestly I don't know, but a while, probably 20-30 minutes, definitely wasn't rushing it.

10x3s are solid. Only issues I have is they're usually time consuming and by set 7 or 8 my motivation starts to dwindle...

Today's workout, light on the squats as I have a GORUCK event this weekend.

Bench press
1x5 at 185 lbs
1x5 at 205 lbs
2x5 at 225 lbs
1x15 at 135 lbs

Incline DB press
1x5 at 60 lbs
1x5 at 70 lbs
1x5 at 85 lbs
1x15 at 50 lbs

Back pause squats
3x5 at 185 lbs

50 dips
50 24" box jumps
50 push-ups

4 count flutter kicks
4 sets of 25

Decent workout despite having ZERO motivation this morning...
