323i Sedan - Manual - Fully Loaded - Reliable DD

ALBUM: https://flic.kr/s/aHskNn2HvZ

Hello Everyone. I am selling my Daily driven 323i to help build-up savings as this is one of 4 cars I own at the moment. I currently get around 25.0 mpg.

I am ASKING $4,000 OBO

Location: Greenville, SC
Interior: OEM Schwartz (Black with gray carpet and seats)
Transmission: Manual Transmission / 5 speed / 5 spd
Drivetrain: RWD
Unique Features: Manual / Heated sport seats (current seats have no heat option), OEM Aero package, 20% tinted windows, 5% on moonroof
Options: HK high-fi stereo, Xenon headlights, "Heated" Sport Seats (current sports have no heat), power windows, power mirrors, keyless entry/power locks (although key buttons don't work), see the full list at bmwvin.com using the last 7 digits of the VIN: WBAAM3333XKC60441
Miles: 195120 and growing
Heater: It's HOT!
AC: Freezes you out!

CAR BACKGROUND: I saved this car from a friend who was almost done stripping it for a spec E46 build. I got it with no interior except the dash and components. I installed the entire interior from a donor E46.

CONDITION: The car has some scratches and chips up front from the years of road travel it has seen. The paint still looks decent for its age and would probably come back with a professional cut/buff/polish. It was in an accident way before I got it, and I have posted a picture of the crappy body fill one of the PO tried to do. The car is from up north so there are rust spots. interior pillars could use work/replacement, back seats are starting to separate.

MAINTENANCE: I have done a massive amounts of maintenance and repairs to it since I've owned it. I will list all that I can remember I've performed on it in the past two years or sooner.
  • Turner Subframe plates welded in
  • New rear subframe bushings
  • New front brake pads and rotors (Textar/Meyle)
  • New rear pads with turned rear rotors
  • New oem clutch around 180k
  • New drive belts
  • New idler pulleys
  • New spark plugs
  • New air filter
  • New cabin filter
  • Exhaust system bolt conversion (was rusted studs)
  • New Shifter bushings all around
  • E21 Transmission mounts
  • New Guibo
  • Poly front lollipops
  • New rear sway bar links
  • Current alignment
  • Driver door window regulator

UPGRADES: Vmaxx Coilovers, M3 front sway bar, SSR Comp wheels (17x7.5 +42),

WHAT IT NEEDS: The power steering system has a small pinhole leak and I would address this if I were keeping the car, but I'm focusing more on other projects from now on. The secondary 02 sensors are also bad (from heating up when doing the exhaust bolt conversion). These do not affect performance and can be replaced or removed in favor for 02 simulators.

Thanks for looking. Pictures and album are listed below.
