Need advice on new interior panels!

I got my 330i about a year ago. The previous owner did NOT take car of the interior very well. A couple of day my wooden panels fell off of the dash when I was braking at a light. I looked at the clips and they are ruined to ****. Also looked at the wood and it is now curved like a banana instead of being slightly curved. I think what happened was the car was originally in Colorado for about 5-6 years where there was little to no humidity. Now that the car has been shipped to Houston for about a year I believe the intense humidity has something to do with the wood expanding and contracting out of shape. I need help on where to get some new interior panels. I prefer to have REAL carbon fiber versus wood since it wont bend due to the heat and humidity. I tried and all they have are the stupid stickers, not the actual panels. Anyone know a place where I can get real carbon fiber panels? If not then where can I get replacement wood that's cheaper than the dealership? Not sure what my estimate is just yet: still waiting to hear back from them.
PS car has the M sport package, cold weather package, and the premium package. Not 100% sure if the interior layout would change due to these packages.
Email me at if you can help me out, or just message me here.

I'm picking up an 01 330ci today. Parts car, but the interior is pretty cherry... I'm keeping at least the drivers seat and steering wheel, though. I'll post pics after I get it. If you're interested, that is...

Hmm... On second thought, nevermind. On closer inspection, the interior is pretty rubbish.

As far as I know, these are real carbon fiber replacement panels, not overlay:
