2004 E46 M3 SMG Clutch Adaptation

So after 2 painful weeks I finally replaced clutch and flywheel in my 2004 SMG M3. Now I need to do a clutch adaptation but i'm not exactly sure how to. I have INPA but everything is in German. I looked everywhere but I just can't find a definite answer anywhere. Just wanted to see if anyone know how to do this or knows of directions available on the internet.

The gearbox and clutch adaptations is normally one of the options when you select the E46 in INPA. Once you set it to work INPA runs through the steps in about 20 minutes. Mine always runs overtime by the count down timer.
