limpmode problems persist after transmission HELP MEEE

Hey , so I have a 2001 330ci with the 5hp19 transmission, couple months ago my transmission went into limp mode. so I replaced the atf fluid, filter gasket and the fluid looking fairly clean not alot of particles anything at the bottom.
after that the problem persisted.

Long story short the codes I am pulling are
p0733 EGS gear monitoring 3
po734 EGS gear monitoring 4
EGS gear monitoring 4 limp home program
EGS transmission control 5hp
EWS Vehicle immobilizer
Engine DME digital motor electronics
voltage supply ews3

replaced the transmission, aswell as the tcm unit.

I know theres a lot of limp mode story's here. but not alot i seen with happy endings lol. thanks in advance, getting desperate.

Why did you replace the tranny? With what tools did you read those codes. From the symptoms it looks like you could have an electrical issue. Check the ground strap at the passenger side front of the engine. It's at the bottom of the engine.

Also, are you getting any engine codes? The SES/CEL light doesn't need to be on to have codes.

Have you checked for a charging system or battery problem??

As mentioned, what tool was used to read errors and was the list you posted the most current set of errors and were they ALL present at the same time?

When I was having problems with my ZF 5HP19:

p0733 EGS gear monitoring 3
po734 EGS gear monitoring 4

I did some steps to fix my limp mode problems.

they were:

-Check oil transmission level
-Clean all my abs sensors.
-Clean the MAF plug and force to stay in position in case of is loose.
-Check battery voltage (was good)
-Unplug the battery terminals for 24 hours.

And voila! problem solved, maybe was just luck, I don't know but it works.

9/10 mechanics I talked too said replacing the transmission would fix it for sure. and i found a good deal on one so i just went for it. pretty stupid i know.

I have no idea what the tool was called but it was at a shop called Austins pro max, and they said it was specifically for euro cars. it was pretty fancy

I will definitely check the ground strap, whats a good way to test that ?

actually my check engine light came on today so i will have to get the codes re read tomorrow and let you know, I think its an electrical issue as well

I am not sure of the exact tool but i was told that it was for euro cars and quite detailed and accurate.

yup all those codes were present before and after the transmission swap/tcm replacement. I have definitely checked the charging system.

before limp mode my battery was at
12.36-car off
13.68-car on

during limp mode
12.18-car off
13.64-car on

not sure if the slight drop means anything at all.

The ground strap is located at the right front corner of the engine. It's at the bottom of the engine so you'll have to drop the plastic aero tray under the engine. Your voltages look good so I'm betting the ground strap is fine.

Not sure why it double posted but does anyone know some common causes of this code for the e46?
