well I know people have posted about their results before so dont  or say :repost: .
Anyways I read on this forum that people tried it and were satisfied. So I got it along with a couple extra filters and soap bottles, since they said you run out fast. I used it and followed the directions and to my shock, it actually dried completely spotless. I had to use a lot of soap because their soap is not very bubbley, but other than that, the only time I touched the car was with my mit, and it came out perfectly dry with no water spots. Took me about 20 minutes to wash my car. It saves time and keeps swirl marks away. I am a very satisfied customer.
it does what it says, no spots on my car, but i dont like the high prices of the refills and soap for it, $5.99 for each here, little much if you ask me but it works.
It seems to me you can wet the car with the garden hose and soap it with whatever car wash you normally use then just rinse it with the Mr. Clean gizmo. Right? :dunno:

I too was convinced to by this product but I didn't quite understand the details. I purchased the kit and also a wash mit that happened to have soap injected in the mit.
End result was a jet black e46 with water spots on every inch. After further investigation the soap Auto-Dry uses is specifically designed for this use. Do not use another type of soap. My mistake is your lesson.
jus curious the instructions said wash it in the shade, have any1 tried it in the sun, i did results not to good, and i try it in the shade it came out better...also my window sometimes have water spots.

the reason why they want you to wash in the shade is because they don't want the sun to dry up your soap before you even have the chance to do the final stage, the spots you see are probably the result of the dried up soap, according to the instruction.. just redo the steps and you'll be able to get those off
i tried it too.. but still there are like little water spots in some places...i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but i think i sprayed every part of the car with the deionized water...anybody else use a different soap besides the mr clean soap?
I hate the Mr. Clean Autodry. It left these dots of like tar on my car. I know it did not have this on before I used it. Their soap sucks because it doesn't take the dirt off. It goes over it. I only use it to rinse. My car looks better drying it with a microfiber.
