With plenty of money, you could probably retrofit anything, but this would not be a desirable or economical option. If you want more winter traction, try winter tires first, and maybe LSD if you want even better results. If you have to have AWD, it would be far better to get another car rather than adding it to a 328i, which is a model that never had AWD anyway. You would have to rebuild the car.
