I've had experimentation on modyfying(shaving off the rear wheels with CNC Machine) 2002 OEM M3 rear wheels to minimize or hopely eliminate the rubbing issue.
RESULT---------->
1. Not much of difference. minimized rubbing on corner. 90 degree round track with 70km/h clear!! but, if there is any hump or sunk zone on the road, they will rub. not the top of fender but right beside it.
Totaly not cool~!!!:thumbdwn:
2. Visual presentation with OEM M3> Kick ass... ~!!!!:thumbup:
I could drive it, but I won't :read: --> just because of safety issue. Not the structure of the wheels, but tire might fail on highway drive by rubbing fender on sunk zone.
3. recommendation.???
------>>> Don't do it~~!!:thumbdwn:
Anyone have two front M3 wheels for sale? :bawling: pity Me~~!!
My buddy just sold his set, so I don't get to have them...:bawling: :bawling:
Let me know if anyone is willing to sell... I live in Canada B.C.
Thank you for reading...:clap: :clap: :clap:
