How can i upload a photo here? Its not letting me do it and asking me for an URL address for the photo.

When editing a thread (advanced mode), look under "Additional Options" and "Attach Files... click "Manage Attachments"

Workaround to "new users can't post images"

Thanks, markus^2, for explaining MY problem, to ME, too.

Here's a workaround: upload your picture somewhere (imgur is bonehead-easy) and insert it as a link, with URL tags, not with IMG tags, like I just-now did.
