I have the whole tape on repeat... still.

This excerpt from The Get Back is incredible:
We make the ambiance you *****s just rhyme
You little *****s need guidance you barking up the wrong trees
Pissing on the wrong hydrants, I'm a high fence
I grew up around violence, you grew up playing violins
In your hood silence, where I'm from sirens
They just killed this vibe, they just killed this vibe
There's something about killing **** that makes us feel alive
We feed off your energy, we see you on that Kenny G
Just tooting your own horn, do your thing my N-I-G
Whenever you ven aqui to that mighty NYC
We gon' check that name you claim, bring your YAWK and I.D
We take it the wrong way, all gold everything
One gold watch, two gold chains, give me all those - everything
Y'all don't want to bump heads, Ocho, Evelyn
Them boys will leave you butt naked, the mall closed and everything
The Streets Is Watching, asking if you gon' reply to them
Seems like I woke up sleeping giants - Eli and them

hmmmmm shots

Phonte, big pooh and 9th wonder needs to do one another album. Chitlin circuit, minstrel show and the listening are still on my rotation. One my favorite groups ever.

Big Tech N9ne fan here. As well as many other Strange Music members... Oh and Immortal Technique is good

But overall I'm a diehard Tech N9ne fan. I feel that although some of his music is about fun, girls, booze, etc., there are many songs that speak a lot of truth and he isn't afraid to address issues directly that need more attention, whether they be about personal issues or economical issues.

Deep s**t right there!

dude you are missing out. joey bada$$ is awesome. sick flow; meaningful lyrics; and his mixtapes sound like cohesive albums. anybody that ain't feeling him sucks at music imo

go listen to 1999 nao.

Bam Bam Bronsolini up in here! Best new rapper to come out in a long time, and you have to be a real hip hop head to appreciate his style and flow. Much like Biggie did, he says a lot of the same stuff (although tossing in his culinary flavor), just in a different way, which is why I appreciate him so much.

Not to mention the 5 Wagon he has tattooed on his arm, and the continuous references to BMWs in his rhymes.

This too. ZRo can flow with the best of em, and his beats are so tight. Cocaine is such a good album.

Also, there is much hottness in the beat from Fashion Killa by A$AP Rocky.

Anyone listen to Childish Gambino? I really wasn't expecting to like his music cause he looks kind of nerdy, but I was wrong.

Listening to 1999. Like the mellow music and his flow is on point. Need to dig deeper and check for content. Other than that I'm liking it.

edit: yea he's a good lyricist haha, some of these quips are good.

1999 is dope, but after that it's gotten downhill imo.
