You should be able to get these from ModBargains in 19" wheels for the best price around and they'll guarantee fitment:

For tires, you're not going to have very many options since there aren't many tires in the right size for 19" wheels on the E46. Easy recommendation though is to go with some Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires.

IMO, don't put 19" wheels like these on your car if you don't have intentions of lowering it when you have the non-sport suspension. At least pick up an H&R Cup Kit.

David Jr. The trick is the offset. They are right, 35 and 40 ET is fine. I do believe that you will need these tires:

Front 235/35/19
Rear 245/35/19 this is a little streched, but sedans are not as wide as coupe @ rear. Still, it will work just fine.

As an example mine were:

235/35/19 @ front wheels 19" 8.5 offset 35 (coupe) with not drop
265/30/19 @ Rear wheels 19" 9.5 offset 40 (coupe) with not drop

Then switched to 245 and 275, but had to rolled and cut my fenders due to the drop and rubbing issues. It costed me $150.

323i Sedans don't have as much room in the rear as the coupes. I'd recommend going with a 19x8.5" rim on all four corners with 245/30/19 tires. I think you should probably go for the 38 or 40 offset if that is available... but like I said, talk to the guys at ModBargains.

Go with the ones that I linked to in the post above if you really love that style; they only weight 24lbs which is 13lbs less than the ones you were thinking about getting (52lbs total which is basically the equivalent of taking away or adding 20 horsepower since you're dealing with rotational inertia).

I'm running 19x8.5 et35 all around with 235/35/19 tires and am dropped on an H&R cupkit and have no rubbing issues or any problems of any sort. I would recommend my setup. I've heard sedans can comfortably go 9" wide in the rear with a 245 tire and not rub, but absolutely no wider than 8.5" with a 235 on the front and 9" with a 255 on the rear (245 if you are going to drop aggressively and don't want to roll your fenders).
