M54B25 ESS TS Pulley Sizes

Hi,

I haven't been able to find anything online so I've decided to create this thread to try and hopefully compile a list of pulley sizes vs boost on ESS TS supercharged M54B25 engines.

A fellow fanatic has compiled a nice list, but these figures are related to B30 engines which require a smaller pulley diameter then B25 to achieve the same boost.
http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=1038098

Please share here if you have tried different size pulleys on your B25 and the boost you achieved (I'll update as new info is shared)

104mm diameter = 7psi
__mm diameter = 8psi
95.5mm diameter = 9psi

I have the TS1 kit for my '00 528i with M52B28TU engine. I bought the unit used on ebay and it came with a 104mm pulley. I needed a few parts so I contacted ESS and they would have sold me the same 104mm pulley. I'm halfway between the 2.5 and 3.0l haha. I only see 4.5-5 psi all year, almost 6psi in the winter when its cold and air is more dense. Im looking for a 90mm pulley or smaller btw, if anyone has one for sale please pm me. Soon to come methanol injection through the blower, bellmouth cold air intake, full custom exhaust and ceramic coated m52 headers. Just have to pass emissions first!

Have you considered ordering the parts required to upgrade to liquid intercooling?

Well I bought the kit used as ts1. I had considered the laminova upgrade, however spraying water/meth into the supercharger will help to seal the internal clearances, as well as cool the compressed air and the compressor, all while providing a perfectly homogeneous mixture to all cylinders. You can actually alter the compressor map efficiency this way which will make more boost/less heat.

But..... injecting water meth with the intercooler cores would not be as effective. The Delta Temp across the cores would be less, and the cooler cores could possibly cause the water/meth mixture to recondense. Not good. Same reason why turbo cars utilizing water meth injection are told to inject after the intercooler.

First post updated. I'm getting 9psi with a 95.5mm pulley.

Anyone else running different size pulleys?
