ive seen a lot of back and forward regarding cx racing,

but this is the kit i want to start the build on,

http://www.andysautosport.com/produc...MW-IC-KIT.html

ill probably ditch the ebay turbo and go buy a real garret t4 or something,

the car will be going to one of the best bmw shops and bmw tuners in Toronto, so everything should be fine as far as blowing up is concerned.

money is no object but im not trying to hemorrhage a bunch of money out the gate either, i just finished paying for the motor itself and put some money aside for the swap....

firstly i wanna beef up and prepare the m54 block,

im going to start with 80lb injectors,
http://treperformance.com/i-20618981...jectors-6.html

what else should change or replace on the block just to get started for the utmost reliability?

also i may want to a 150 shot of nitrous down the line....

Save yourself some headache and get the cx racing intercooler kit that is made for the E46 and manifold, it's all pre bent to fit so you don't have to wrestle it.

Also, don't get those injectors. Our manifold is made to work with injectors that have an extended tip. I still have my 60lb injectors if your interested in them for cheap. They flow more with more fuel pressure and were good for 15psi ish on e85. Should be good for more if you on pump. Your gunna need a fuel pump as well depending on how much power you want to make.

Your going to also need to seal up the intake manifold. I plugged all ports but the brake booster port.

As for the block, install low compression Pistons if you can so you can run pump gas. I'd install a new harmonic balancer and gsr oil pump for safety too.

Please explain your objectives and we can better explain what you'll likely need.

You need to swap in the entire m3 rear for that to work, then likely get a custom driveshaft. I'm still on 330 stuff, with a diffsonline.com lsd that hooks up hard and haven't had issue

do you have a link for that specific kit?

objectives: initially it was just to boost the car so i can have the cool BOV sound. but then i realized since the 2.5 is pooched and leaking oil and the m54 is already out of the car i might as well build it up and boost it properly before the m54 goes in.

umm i mainly want to dump on civics and Genesis's but if i could keep up with some AMGS.. that would be pretty nice as well, thats why i was thinking id probably need the 150 shot down the line
