issue with Active Stage 1.5 '06 M3

We are having some issues. It started to run a little rougher, and finally set a code, then really ran bad, that was a code for injector circuit on Cylinder 3. We reset the code and it ran fine for a while. Then the same problem occurred, now the code was misfire on Cyl 5. (we did swap coils to verify that this was not a coil issue, all plugs recently replaced)
We then ordered 6 "new" injectors, green giant 42lb. replaced all 6 injectors.

Now things get weird, (interesting) after putting in 6 new injectors it runs "funny" after applying throttle and backing off, there was a "flutter" now it sets P0202...... appears we have a bad "new" injector on 2.

We then swapped 1 and 2, and put an old injector on 1, now the code is P0201. replaced that "old" injector on 1 with another "old" injector. still P0201, and still the flutter. any ideas here ?

OK. Compression is fine. Things are still interesting.

Realized that the flutter was a vacuum leak, fixed that leak, and flutter gone. There still was a misfire on 2. when pushing on the injector wire harness, on 2 that went away. We messed around with it, and it ran great constantly. We then realized that there was a slight fuel leak from the fuel like connector. replaced the o-ring. that meant taking off the fuel rail again. Now we had a miss on cylinder 4, that goes away when you push on the harness.
is there a trick to putting on the fuel-rail and/or harness ? is there some alignment that needs to be done, and if so how. I am about to take it in to have it "fixed" at my indy shop, but they cant touch it until Tuesday.

I would replace the o rings on the injectors, and when fitting the fuel rail start with injector 1 push down and work your way along injector 2-6. Push firmly. And start at an angle. That's how I do it.

the injectors are all new, orings should be fine.

Got it back from shop......verdict was a bad ground pin on injector 4

drove like a bat out of hell for 40 miles......then back to intermittent missfire....... now says cylinder 2

So did you check the ground wire for the remaining?
