I find the tree strap useful for close quarter tugs lol. Sometimes I don't have the room to lay out the strap.

On a side note. What recovery gear do you guys carry?
I've only pulled out people I know (friends/neighbors) and one police car. It's too much of a gamble to pull out anyone else. I just carry a tow strap and snatch strap. No hooks is a routine thing, carrying them is a newb move at best. Dangerous at worst.

So much for 37" or even 12-18" now it is supposed to turn to freezing rain for 8 straight hours after the 1-3 inches... should be fun!

Weird mix. I got around 12" with 2-3 foot drifts because of the crazy winds. The top layer is a sleet type snow, but thankfully not the nearly 24" we were supposed to get.

Single stage blower sucks with these wet snow and I broke a damn shovel.

My little electric greenworks one did fine, Just had to give it more oomph with the pushing. For the one or two storms we get, I don't mind it.

^i got it for free so i cant really complain. I felt like i was doing more work trying to push it compare to shoveling. The thing felt like i was pushing a car because it was having a really hard time spitting the snow out.

We got about 6-8 inches, then rain, then it froze solid, was jumping up and down on the snow yesterday and couldn't break through and I'm about 215 lbs. just glad we got the driveway cleared before it froze over.
