BMW Style 393 wheels for E46 sedan

Hi, I'm looking to get a new set of BMW OEM wheels for my 2003 325i sedan non sport package. I'm looking at these 17 in Style 393s...

Currently I have:
16 inch Style 45, ET 47 7x16, 205/55R16

Want to get:
17 inch Style 393, ET 37 7.5x17, 225/50/R17

So the new rims will be an inch larger in diameter, 1/2 an inch wider and have a 10 mm larger offset. Should this work fine for me and just be a direct bolt on? With brand new tires and TPMS (which I actually don't have on my car) for $850 does that sound like a deal?

Thanks!

Also, I know these are not the flashiest wheels, but I just was looking for something better than what I have now and I need new tires anyway. I couldn't find any pics of these wheels on an E46 though on google, which is why I decided to post here and hopefully get some help from you guys.

Thanks again!

I'm no longer looking at the style 393s but still am looking to buy an OEM takeoff set of wheels and tires. If you are in SoCal and looking to sell, let me know what you have.

I know this thread is old, but I was just looking pics of E46 with 393 wheels. Couldn't find any, then bumped into these on Photobucket. So, I'm posting them here incase anyone else is wondering what these look like on E46.

I actually really like the way the look. I don't think that the wheels look out of place (as is often the case when putting certain e90/f30 wheels on e36/46). As a matter of fact, they look like factory mounted wheels. Which many consider an important factor when buying new wheels. After seeing these pics, I picked up a nice set for $300. Woozaa!
