ASA TM12 SC installation

Hey guys, im currently in the middle of installation of the ASA Supercharger (first generation G-Power kit) onto my M54B30 and I would be very thankful for any help - specificaly the best help/information would be the original manual or scheme of the SC kit, since i purchased it second hand. I just need to sort out where few hoses goes and im all set.
This is my first post btw. so greetings from Prague-Czech Republic everybody! My e46 is a original ACS edition with few mods - shorter final gear, Smiedmann headers, Bastuck full exhaust, HR springs and Kaaz LSD.

Unhappy

So thanks to some of you who provided for me very valuable installation manual i managed to put everything together. Took some time because I was waiting for some parts since the 2nd hand kit i bought missed some. But unfortunately i got different problem now... The car is not running at full power. At around 3k rpm the engine starts to choke ... even at idle after about 1min of running ... When driving slowly the e46 acts normal ... The DIS shows only missfire on one cylinder (different each time) otherwise no other fault codes. Fuel filter is from M3 and the pressure on fuel rail is 4,2BAR at idle. The ASA potentiometer is installed on the MAF and has minimal impact on the run of the engine ... The engine functioned without any problems before installing SC.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions/help guys!

beky what are you using for a tune? do you have the ASA ECU? or are you still running a N/A tune with a S/C?

I have a set I can send you. Shoot me over your address and I'll email them over. What you are dealing with is more than likely failing hoses and/or connections than install concerns. I'd trace the plumbing and look for vacuum or boost leaks.

Update. I have the car idles fine after i have replaced the intake hoses with silicone ones. Theres an instruction from asa that goes like this " adjust lambda of the exhaust with the crank to 0.8 to 0.88 at full throttle between 3000 to 6500" its a small box supplied and the input signal was taken fr maf output then goes to ecu. How can i do this procedure. I have inpa and odbii

It's a pressure regulator.to be connected on fuel filter return side. That vacuum hose is just for venting purposes. I bypassed this regulator in my setup. And use higher fuel rate injectors instead.

The lower pic is astronic as they call it. Its inline potentiometer to increase or decrease MAF readings. To make system rich or lean. But still ecu will correct itself due to O2 sensor readings..
