Ummm, you act like every person arrested is mentally sane or healthy. I've had a guy try to eat his hand just to get out of handcuffs. Not.all.there!

The guy was acting shady. All the more reason not to stick parts of your body through the window and force a situation where you feel like you have to draw your gun and shoot the guy to protect yourself. That video doesn't encourage me to find the officer's actions reasonable.
