You will rub. The only way not to rub would be to raise the car up to stock ride height or higher. But since you want it lowww, it will rub with your ill advised 18x10.5" +22 wheels.

How the fvck do you know you won't rub? Please don't act like you know truly what you are doing here...

Sorry bro, have fun rubbing over cracks in teh road and tires with worn sidewalls from the paint.

Other than that, I like that wheel style and they are on the list of wheels for my E39.

Sorry but i will call BS on this one, there's a long history of guys running smaller
wheels with better et's that experienced rubbing problems.

I agree. I tried running style 67 18x9 ET 26 in the rear of my 330ci and it sticks out a good inch and rubbed like crazy when going over bumps. And my coupe came stock with more negative camber than any sedans. 18x10.5 ET 22 is even worst, esp. on a sedan. BS!

OP, your ride is seriously fvcked. Have fun riding on $10 tires and giving a new meaning to "rub". When you desperately attempt to roll your fenders to get rid of all that scraping, don't ask us about wheel fitment. These guys have got your back though: http://www.stancenation.com/

dmax, I can never get enough of your subtle humor. If I was on the east coast I'd come out to one of your comedy shows!
Thank you! Appreciate it! But, you should try this trick with the tires if you have a river or fjord you want to ford. Works great!

No way. This is an M-fitment wheel.

To prove it, so you don't unintentionally mislead people who search this setup in the future, post pictures of your tires' sidewalls in 6 months in this thread for us.
Are you still lowered like this or did you raise it up to stock height, hence "no rubbing"

I wouldn't think you raised your car, nobody really does that unless they don't post about it.

Easily one of the widest, stock body, e46 sedans this forum. The setup is not perfect, with the rear adjustable control arms I'll be perfect.

As that may be, it still rubs.

lol at post 28, your wheels look like they're sticking out 2 inches from the rear fender and your tires are wayyyy stretched, major safety issues come to mind.

after seeing it wrecked, I needed to see what it looked like before.

Great fitment and nice wheel choice. Sorry it ended the way it did :-/
