2001 silver M3 with 60k miles. Condition is very good. Its all stock and never modified which I prefer. How is it for $28k. From a private party, so I am guessing no warranty. Can I get buy a warranty or something? This is my irst "over $5000" car, so kinda scared. Quick replies would be appreciated.

Decent deal. Private party doesn't necessarily mean no warranty, but the age of the car does. From what i understand, if you are to extend the warranty, it has to be done before the current warranty expires. As far as price, depending on options, i'd try to push down to 27k, but good buy if you get it down that low and everything checks out okay.
Sounds pretty good if the car is in good shape. Do a carfax and make sure the dude did the rod bearing update. I believe all cars prior to 2004 had to get the rod bearings fixed up from the factory. With that you should be good to go. Sometimes you can buy a warranty from your own car insurance company you may want to look into that.
