E46 sport seat retrofit

Hey fanatics I just have a few questions about a sport seat retrofit. I have an 05 325i with heated and power leatherette seats. I'm wondering if the sport seats (power, leather, and heated) from an 04 330i would be a simple plug n play, or would I have to swap sensors etc from my current seats?

I don't want a permanent seatbelt light on my dash or some other lights or lack of functionality with the seats, but if its just a simple bolt-on and plug in swap then that would be great.

Plug and play. Just make sure to move the seat to access the 16mm bolts at the bottom and one for the seatbelt, lower the seat back down and disconnect the battery so you can disconnect and remove them from the car.

^Yes. And definitely lay a thick towel or blanket over the body of the car as you remove the seats. Be very careful not to scratch. The seats are awkward and heavy to lift out and over the painted car body. small opening!
