All the work was done by myself in my garage with the car up on jack stands to install the Saad Racing Stage 3. The kit came from J.R at Redline Speed Worx and all tech/install support was given by James @ Saad Racing. Both of these gentlemen are excellent to deal with. I have to give extra props to James who always answers my emails and calls with regards to this install - there have been a lot!

PARTS:

SAAD Stage 3 w/ Precision Turbo 6766 Dual Ball Bearing
SAAD Stage 2 Fuel System with Flex Fuel (FIC 1100cc)
SAAD / ProEFI HO Ignition System
SAAD Billet Mounts
SAAD Catch Can
ProEFI - Pro128 w/ CAN Screen
Magnus Launch Control
SAAD / Redline Speed Worx 4" Cat Back Exhaust
Nitrous Express System - Saad Direct Port Wet

And a little Status race seat porn.

This is a SUPER LIGHT exhaust weighing in @ 8.5 lbs for the Sec 2 & 20.5 lbs for the Sec 3.

Saad Racing Turbo manifold @ 16.5 lbs and 3.5" Downpipe @ 14.5 lbs.

60 lbs for the complete exhaust set-up (not including the actual turbo).

Picture from when it was on J.R's car at RSW

Here is how the Saad/ RSW 4" catback sounded with my previous Gen 8 AA renegade SC on 110 octane. I haven't heard it with the turbo yet but J.R said he got many compliments. I expect it to be quieter - and that I will be able to remove the block off plate and bypass the muffler on the track. Tried it with the SC and it sounded like NASCAR and was crazy loud!

Thanks! The only thing that looks goofy is that I have one alcantara and one leather. I wanted to see which I liked better. I am going with leather and sending the other back to Status for a leather seat jacket.

Enjoy in good health.

Saad turbo kit looks very nice.

I would advise a non-direct nitrous injection, I ve sprayed 225-250 shot direct port back in 2010-2011.
Direct port hits very hard, very very hard.

If you install the nitrous jet between intercooler and intake manifold it will hit much smoother. Supra engines dont mind direct port, but S54 block is not very rigid, it does flex, crack etc.

6766 + 100 shot non-direct will work awesome.

Congradulations Saad, Vertigo enjoy in good health.

Hey Mert. We never recommend a fogger NOS system as there is no way to guaranty that each cylinder is getting the exact same amount of NOS and that's when you create engine failures. The Pro EFI handles NOS very precisely and wont be an issue. We run 2 stages, both wet and fuel is controlled through the injector.

The final build is planned to be a clone of the Saad Shop car's motor. So the end result will be a stage 4 and we will have to see where they can take it. A stage 3 can certainly make +900 RWHP on a built motor. My motor is not built yet - it was my intention to install the kit myself so I know every nut and bolt and how it all goes together. It will be ran on low boost `~650 RWHP until it takes the pilgrimage to Arizona, which won't be long from now.

Next step it to ditch the SMG & UUC Stg 2 clutch/ lwfw - then install CM 850, upgraded DSS axles / Giken diff and built motor with worked over head.

I probably won't even bother dynoing it until its all done properly with a tad lower compression (10.5:1).

Just finished up the final details on my install with James @ Saad Racing. He has given me full support for ProEFI and is seriously the best person I have dealt with in the aftermarket industry. I have modded every car I have owned and am blown away by the support that has been given to me on this kit. Golden seal of approval with this company.

Need to send a huge thank-you out to lrinco01 and his wife. They really helped me get out of a bind, as I am in the middle of a move and my SMG is completely messed up. When lrinco01 got over to my place, I was fighting getting my lowered M onto a trailer by myself and they both helped me load and unload the car at our new place. Truly outstanding enthusiasts and awesome people!

The car runs with the Saad kit - I need to track down a vacuum leak and also load a new tune (having trouble with my ProEFI CAN cable) then worry about converting to 6MT. Right now I am pretty much tired of working on the car - I think I will put a cover on it and forget about it for a while.
