it was bumped because it's an old thread/Poll that has been re-made several times by a few lazy people who aren't smart enough to Search.

i find it funny that people think removing the badge means you're trying to hide something. we're not talking about taking off the BMW Roundel

So here's what I think.

If its stock, then leave the badge stock.

If its modded, then use black badges. it says "hey, I got a 330i, but, I might have done something to it, wink wink".

If you're embarrased that you drive a 330i, then debadge it.

Also, I think debadging makes the rear of our cars look naked, like its missing something. It just hasn't set well with me since I did it. But I've added some goodies to the car so I didn't want to just put the stock chrome badge back on. I ended up going with the black 330i badge and I think it looks fantastic, and it makes the right statement: "I've got a 330i, I accept that it's a 330i, I'm proud that its a 330i, but this is no normal 330i." And also, it fits the trend of the black shadowline trim and black bmw performance grills.

De badged mine just for the clean look I can't stand when there are things on one side and not the other if I were to put it back I'd put it in the middle under the logo in flat black
