Wiring separate ignition switch with EWS delete

With the recent announcement that the Spec E46 tune can optionally have EWS delete, I'm very interested if anyone has any insight on how to wire up a separate ignition switch.

My build is based on a salvage title car where I have only 1 key that's barely held together by tape, so I'm keen on a setup where I don't have to rely upon using the key in the ignition. I just don't trust it to stay together for the remaining lifetime of it as a racecar.

I have wired in a separate ignition switch and a start button. It is actually pretty easy to do. I can send you some info later.

That'd be great if you can provide this. Not only would I really appreciate the starting point, I'm sure there are others who might like it as well because racecar.
