My s54 is making a scary noise

Hello my s54 is making a very odd noise. This noise comes on in about 3-5 minutes of driving. When the noise comes on I can make it go away if I turn the car off for about a minute but it will come back after a bit of driving. I had the VANOS system replaced with the Beisan system about 300miles ago and just today I replaced the water pump to see if it was the problem. I popped off the valve cover and the upper tensioner looked good and the sides seemed good from what i was able to see. I tried searching and no one seems to be having this noise/problem. _a_

Have you checked your pulleys?

It is hard to see where the noise is coming from from the video. I had a similar noise last year but could not locate the issue. I had it towed to the shop and discovered rod bearings had gone bad, vanos was checked and it was fine but could be that as well.
