E46 supercharger kit, help please

Hi all, I'm currently on the lookout for a supercharger kit for my 330 over here in the UK. I've found a Technik asa tm12 supercharger kit but all the information I'm finding on these are over from your side of the pond! I'm just after some feedback and general information about this kit please It doesn't come with an ecu or injectors so would i would get a remap but could I run it on standard injectors or need bigger? I'm hoping for 340bhp?

After any FI you should definitely get a remap, as the stock ECU will run rich to compensate, but it will run. A good tune will include injectors, or you could put them in yourself. Running stock injectors might work, but i wouldnt chance running lean because you cant get enough fuel. A new motor is much more expensive than injectors.

I just ordered an SC-14 with custom brackets, Hyde has plans for all the brackets that he will sell for $250, or he'll plasma cut them himself and ship them for ~$850. The SC itself you can find anywhere for about ~$600. Sorry i dont have the $/pound conversions, but they're more common in Europe so it should be cheap. On an m54 it can run up to 10lbs reasonably safely, and that would get you over 340hp easy. I talked to him a lot and he seems like a genuine nice guy, and knows a lot about what hes doing. Its a bit more intensive but gives you a lot of freedom to build it. Ill post on this forum after i receive the kit.

Heres the link to his website, his V2.1 kit works with the m54 without moving much around the engine.

yep you'll need injectors and a tune. that's what mine came with at least back in the day. it's the ASA supercharger.

you're better off going to the FI section of the forum to get real answers.
