Just to be clear... I'm only interested in seeting OEM 19" CSL Wheels on an e46 sedan

I've seen plenty of 18" CSL reps and I'm not crazy about them. The 19s curve inwards, and I like that look.

I believe 4 fronts will fit on an e46 sedan w/o rubbing or need for fender rolling:

Anyhow, if anyone has any pics of OEM ones only, please post them.

Gratzi

Hey I did a lot of research on this topic when I was about to purchase my CSLs. I was so tempted to get the OEM's then I looked at 100's of pics comparing them. The only real visual difference is on the Reps the rear does curve in however with a sort of a bow out. its like a concave out curve in as apposed to the CSL OEM's just bend straight in. That only applys to the rears, and since you cant use the rears anyway... Why not go with 4 rep fronts? the fronts are practically identical unless you cought something I havent yet.

I've bought reps before... the finish chipped, and they bent... for a lil extra $ i'd prefer OEM. =)

That's odd, our replicas have a full 1 year warranty on the finish

Just for kicks, does anyone have pics of a CSL or M3 rear wheel on a non-M so I can see how far it sticks out from the fender?

Obviously it does Not fit correctly. Look at the OFFSET on the rears. you're going to tear up the tires and the rear fenders.

Mine fit ok with 9.5" rears. They had 255/35's on the rear originally which is oversized and rubbed with people in the back of the car. Change to the right size 255/30's and no more problems.

Guards have been rolled, but rears still have more to go if needed. I found the rubbing issue was the plastic where the bumper and quarter joint though rather than the guards (fender).

Ahh, sorry, I missed the OEM part. They are VMR 703's, 19x8.5 ET35 front, 19x9.5 ET45 rear. Rear guards had been rolled a little when I got the car. No need to worry with the 255/30's on there. Ive got a 9" ET35 wheel on there at the moment as im about to fit 265's, looking at how that sits, im not sure you would get a 9.5" ET27 wheel in the rear if the car is lowered or you have plenty of tyre.
