My Ride: E46 328Ci 99'
328Ci 99' Supercharger - help please

Greetings,
I'm starting a new supercharger project for my E46 and at this point I'm bussy with gathering all needed parts and items to instal supercharger. I've heard about possibility to boost M52tu B28 without a piggyback and remapping. Does some1 got any experience with kompressors in E46 ? What boost can handle OEM FlowMeter without any Check-Engine errors ?

Ive just bought an sc14 to start on hyde's v2 project. I am also only wanting to keep engine stock , maybe increase injectors but thats it. Apparently an 7 -8 psi set up WITH INTERCOOLER is a reliable route to go down according to hyde's site. Its alot to get your head around though right ? ! Im still trying to work out the pulley size i need.. i cant find the diameter / radius of the 323i crankcase pulley anywhere.. not even on real oem . Does anyone know ??

I'm very sorry for a so late reply but I was thinking about EATON M62 but I allready got my answear.
I've heard it's no need to piggyback it but there is a allways need to do a small "remap" for AMF and Injection plan.
Anyway my problem is solved, thank You very much for interest and one more time appologize for such late reply.

Hi indee321,

I have measured the three main drive pulleys that I have and all are around the 5.5 inch Dia.

(M52TU28, E39 M54B30 and E46 M54B30)

How are you measuring?

Circumference / 3.14159 ?

I was not going to reply again... but if you are doing your own calculations you need the correct size.

All the best.
