Does that include Para and Special?

Great to hear from you, Bro! Yeah, as far as I'm concerned, there is no losing. We ALL win because my opponent and I reap the health benefits of the sport everytime we play. My Parkinson's and heart conditions continue to improve when I play table tennis.

Hahaha!! Carbon fiber are two words I actually haven't heard in quite a while. Carbon fiber is actually used in table tennis paddles but it's typically layered as an inside layer with wood layers on the paddle. Carbon fiber helps to dampen the vibrations when making contact between paddle and ball. Hope you've been well, Brother!

Hey Dave!! Great to hear from you!! Very sorry to hear that things have changed here on the forum. Perhaps people might be posting when they're in a bad mood versus when they're in a good mood and more likely to have positive posts? Either way, it's great to hear from you.

Thanks Brother! I actually consider the Parkinson's and heart condition to be BLESSINGS. Both have taught me how precious life is. My heart is now stronger, mechanical, and made of carbon fiber, and I represent our USA as history's first ever athlete to actively compete with Parkinson's on the Olympic level. It's the tough times in life and how we choose to deal with them that shape and define us. I draw strength from the tough times and honestly I'm just grateful to be here and to be an e46fanatic for life.

It does include Para, but not Special. Special is completely separate. Olympic and Paralympic all fall under the same Olympic organization.

Wow... blast from the past!! Thanks Brother!! Everyone has been great!! My older daughter is now a 7th grader and very tall for a 12 year old (5'7") while my younger daughter is now a 1st grader and more on the petite side, which is fine because I'm able to still carry her in my arms, lol.

Thanks Brother!! Table tennis will continue to be my weapon in the fight against Parkinson's until a cure is found. But it's amazing how my athletic career took off after my Parkinson's diagnosis versus when I didn't have Parkinson's. Normally it's the other way around and Parkinson's would end an athletic career. Guess I'm just a strange person, lol.

Apologies if I offended you with my quotes. With my Parkinson's and shaky hands, I gotta do what I'm able to do.

An elderly widowed gentleman in a nursing home became very friendly with an elderly lady. He told her his former wife used to hold his penis every night to help him go to sleep.

The elderly lady decided to do this for her new male friend every night for a week. Each night he fell soundly asleep. The next week the gentleman told the lady that he was sorry but he had found a new partner. She was very upset and asked him, "What does she have that I don't have?"

He replied, "Parkinsons."
