Car subtly bouncing up/down when coming to a stop/slow roll

I've done a ton of searching but I haven't been having good results due to the ambiguous nature of my issue. Basically, whenever the car is slowly rolling (<5mph) I can feel what seems like a small bubble/flat spot on the tread of a tire(which it definitely isn't, but it feels like it). The car feels like it's going over a very small bump, and it feels like it's diagonal across the car. It does it both under braking and just coasting. I'm fairly certain I have a warped brake disc somewhere as I get brake shuddering when I brake somewhat hard but I don't think that could cause what I'm experiencing. I'm not sure what corner of the car it's coming from. It correlates with vehicle speed and becomes unnoticeable after about 15mph. I just refreshed my front suspension with new LCAs and Z4M FCABs, shortened the sway bar end links and replaced the front struts along with new strut mounts and reinforcement plates. The rear got new springs, struts and tires. My front tires have a good amount of tread left, and I can't spot any damage to the rims other than some minor curb rash on FL/RR. I know the rears are good as the tires were very well balanced when put on. It was very minor when I first got the car, nearly unnoticable, and seems to have gotten slightly worse over the 2000 miles I've driven the car. Anyone have any ideas? Would be greatly appreciated.

Checked tire pressure. FL/FR were 27/29 and RL/RR were 31/31 respectively. Set the rears to 34 and fronts to 32, might not be optimal but I'm still reading about tire pressures etc. Figured the hot weather in FL might attribute to increased tire pressures. Doing this seemed to very slightly reduce the issue but it's definitely still present. The car literally feels like it's limping when it comes to a stop. Gonna check lug torque next, maybe re-mount my wheels in case I somehow mounted a rim off-center. Is that even possible?
