330 Ci convert hardtop headliner sagging

I have a sagging headliner in my hardtop that I use during winter months. Any DIY fixes or reasonable prices to fix it. I have seen prices of over $3000 to fix.

Thanks

330 Ci convert hardtop headliner sagging

I too have a 330 Ci vert that had a sagging headliner due to the glue aging and material separating. With the molded roof lining removed to replace the hardtop's rubber seals, I took it to a local upholstery shop where they glued new material and the foam backing to the roof liner for $250.

Did they just glue on the new liner to the old foam or did they also put in new foam backing also? Do you like the result and how long ago did you do the repair?

I have a DIY for the removable hardtop. It's an easy job that will cost about $75.
