How much power are you making? It seems that with the components you have, your MPH would me much higher. Maximum Psi did this MPH on the stock motor....

Just curious what their "built" 6 speed trans consists of. It is not a common procedure. I only know a few guys that refresh the Getrag 6 speeds in the states, and they are just polishing components and replacing damaged parts, not really upgrading the strength of the boxes for bigger power. Take it from a guy that has destroyed plenty of them.

Temp: 78.8 deg F (26 deg C)
Need more traction. LOL
Tyres spinning freely through 1st and 2nd.

E85 only showing E60 (70% of Full tune) on fuel composition scaler. (reducing tune: less timing) I need to change where I get my fuel from.

Heaps more traction but car was playing up - would rev slower and not to redline engine miss. (Turned out to be the crankshaft position sensor)

Thanks mike@maximumpsi.

The gear shifts were like an old granny out for a Sunday drive , so improvements in my gear shifts should see another drop.

The reason my car was playing up - The Crank Position Sensor was faulty.

Replaced my CPS tonight. I used my CPS out of my old M52TU28 (cause I know it works)
Did mine from underneath the car - quite simple and easy, used a small 1/4" rachet.

The car goes like it should again - HUGE DIFFERENCE!!

Went 10.20@139.67 on Wednesday with my E46 M3 running pump E75. Bumped the record a bit more from my previous best. Racing again tomorrow at Fall Nationals at Englishtown. My car is still running our production Stage 2 kit with a 6266 journal bearing turbo, stock 130k mile motor, and has about 35k miles on the kit. I have a 3.5" exhaust, larger inlet pipe, and a samsonas dog box transmission.

Awesome numbers! Sounds like it's time to bump up to your stage 3 or 4 and take the first U.S. 9 second slip.

That tranny must be insanely fun to shift.

Bumped the US record a bit more today. Would have been a 9 second pass but I was bracket racing and got out of it for a 10.0 dial-in. We will go 9's on the stock motor for sure.
