Avoid Shadowcraft USA out of Chicago - John

I'm sure almost anyone looking for custom carbon fiber work has come across Shadowcraft USA. I Originally had no complaints about them and they were good with providing me updates on my parts. Then suddenly it would be weeks that i would receive no update. At first i accepted i made a change to my order and added parts. So i understand a small delay. After months of chasing him around i finally had the parts delivered to a local shop i was seeing in chicago. After a two summers having the CF in the car my dash trim peeled away from the plastic core. John agreed to fix the parts so i sent them to him at the end of last year. Around Thanksgiving of 2016 he said they were completed and just needed to be shipped to me. It has now been months with excuse after excuse I still don't have my parts and have now been ignored for almost 3 weeks. I highly recommend no one use them and find other vendors/suppliers as odds are you will go through the same stressful experience i am going through and wish you had just kept your car stock.

True you could do that. Figured i should post an update since it's been awhile. I believe it's John from Shadowcraft has yet to provide me an update. I have sent text messages, called, and even emailed them asking for an update on my parts. Last night when i brought up legal action he finally responded saying he would give me an update and as usual he didn't. Once again I must strongly advise anyone on this forum to not use Shadowcraft USA out of chicago for any carbon fiber work.
