What will put a dog to sleep fast?

Ok guys Im working midnights and my neighbors do not seem to care at all that their dog barks non stop all day, tried talking to them, but it didn't help, what can i put in a small piece of steak or chicken to make him sleep for a few hours? Ive tried two Benadryl but he is like 75 pounds plus and it didn't do a thing, and again I have tried talking to the neighbors but they don't care.

I lived in a place once, behind it was a canal and further back a 2 story apartment building that allowed dogs.

This one guy would leave his dog on the deck when he left home, and it would bark for hours.

Let's be real here, you would lose your sanity if you had to hear a dog bark as loud as it could once every 10 seconds for 3-4 hours on end. With the windows closed.

Have you ever had to wear ear plugs for 3-4 hours?

Barky dog = bad owner that can't train right. They're the people who got a dog just to have a dog, not because they're fit to train one correctly.

OP - find out if any of your other neighbors are annoyed by it and confront the owner as a group

Maybe so, but that's not gonna hold up in court

Im not trying to kill it, just make it sleep, its not like they will even notice, they could care less about the dog, their patio furniture is in the front yard, I can only assume its there so they don't have to deal with the dog

Benadryl works

It's one milligram per pound. One tab is 24 so you need 3.

I travel with my doggie on planes so I often use this method.

It's safe.

A guy on another forum used this to stop his neighbor's barking dog. http://www.amazon.com/Lentek-Super-B...+bark+silencer It emits a high pitch noise every time the dog barks...

Glad you're a responsible owner. Can't stand the women who board planes with their pooches and they yap the entire time.
