You can get aftermarket LED tails if you wanna update it. Yeah those seats are pretty bad, but oh well...you can recondition them (maybe) or just find a 2nd hand set that's in a better condition. Get a PPI done and see what else needs fixing. But yes, if you're hooked on that colour, then you'll have to compromise and probably go for it. Not many will pop up. For that price, you're paying for the colour. Good luck!

Hmm, I think you can find better. 150k kms is very high. Own the car for a few years and it will be approaching 200k.

Cos it's estoril blue. Owner knows it's a rare colour.

ahoi cortinaD,

thanks for feedback.

the '06 66k model got snapped up too quick. dealer didn't even email me the service history by the time it sold.

what did you mean by (highlighted in green)?:

Budget on a new clutch in the first year anyway.
25k servicing has shown to not be all that good.
Those front seats look worse than a 6/10 to me.
TV option useless now unless its digital.

You want a rare colour so you are going to have to compromise. You should have jumped on that 2006 66k model that was posted.

what i've sussed so far is:
* '03 (pre-october facelift)
* 120's, smg, no clutch replacement in it's history
* full service history (including recent inspection ii)
* no receipts from work in last 2 years, apart from usage and interval based servicing (i.e. no surplus maintainence or repairs)
* minor service due immediately
* no major body issues, paint is clean
* no rwc, yet (seller hasn't had time)
* ppi coming this week
* aftermarket csl rims, coilovers, tinting. basic options
* front seats scruffy, 6/10
At the end of the day, you're the buyer. The car is for YOU.
People (here or elsewhere) are going to give you their 2c, but you might find the value in that particular and hence pay more than what someone else will.

Personally, I think it's not badly priced. Get a comprehensive PPI (at Worx or similar).
If it's good and YOU think it's worth it, then go for it.

^ very true. YOU should just pay as much as you think it's worth. To some, they are willing to pay more for an estoril blue, whereas others might not like the colour at all.
