The intake is the tube version not the dinan free flow that is a dinan approved item. They do not sell that "Dian" intake on the website or dealer but thanks for the interest.

There's no dents in it. Small crack seems to be in it. I can adjust the price accordingly or can fix it. Whatever works but tips etc and working condition is perfect

Dinan approved?! Dinan used to make the tube style and then switched to their new version. And the tube style created more power, just saying.

And is also not eligible of dinan points toward being dinan certified. If someone wants the old intake then go buy it

500 for the exhaust. it only flows out the right two tips. my ocd will force me to cut the left tips off and cut holes in the muffler box, then weld the tips back on.

After analyzing many designs, we came to the conclusion that a more radical approach was required in order to produce a truly high performance exhaust. Further pressure tests and dyno runs confirmed our suspicions about the best approach for the E46 M3 muffler. Adopting a completely new design approach resulted in a significant improvement in flow, reducing backpressure by 82% at only .2 PSI. The exhaust note became throaty and aggressive, without being so loud that it would disturb or annoy any self-respecting enthusiast. Weight was reduced from 58 to 43 lbs., relieving the load by a full 26%.

As you can see from the diagram below, our M3 exhaust utilizes the two outlets on the right side of the muffler only. Recognizing that the four tips have become a significant visual design element for modern M-cars, as well as the fact that the rear valance has a cut out for the tips on the left side, the second set of tips were retained. While they are non-functional, the Mcar look is retained without compromising performance. The 3" tips have been ceramic coated for a striking high performance look, while eliminating any concern over uneven discoloration that would occur with polished stainless. Surveys conducted among M3 owners verified that the audible source of the exhaust output could not be pinpointed as coming from one side or the
other. The Dinan Free Flow Exhaust was ready for production.

It is still eligible, it is a dinan product. Just because its discontinued doesn't mean its not still dinan.
