Sitting with him right now. He has not gotten any better. We moved him to one of the top hospitals in the nation for a second opinion. Outlook is not promising. Ventilator should come off today and see how he reacts.

I was in a similar position October last year. Very surreal spending that much time in the hospital waiting for someone else.

Hope your dad fares well. Have they done surgery yet to remove the skullcap?
