My Ride: 2000 BMW 328i
so ive fender rolled and cut a small part of the black part in the rear above the bumper bracket. still rubs on corners and steep bumps on freeways. any idea what else can be done?

Not only a roll but try to have it pulled some? Or run a narrower tire.

It doesn't seem to rub on the fender anymore but I think it's rubbing somewhere between where the fender and bumper meet

There's a stud with a little metal bracket held on by a 10mm nut. Take the nut off, remove the bracket, and cut the stud (use a dremel). That should eliminate any rubbing.

Pulled fenders with heat gun and phone books with udme46enthusiest lol. Fixed all rubbing
