Saw the new s550 today...sort of want...(PICS)

was pulling in a parking lot and this car caught my eye. Honestly at first I said to myself, "is that the new huge hyundai i saw an ad for the other day?.....o wait.....thats a 2014 s550!"

the car has a very subtle look to it, not very edgy or eye catching at all. The headlights looked wild, but smaller then i expected. The back end reminded me of a mini maybach kind of. The whole car seems much skinnier then the previous s550. I peaked into the interior and it was awesome....but i dunno about the exterior yet....

looks cool. I read an article on them the other day and some of the options available are CRAZY. basically, they tried to make a car that didn't just do things better, but did all new things that haven't even been thought of yet.

And there will be a Maybach version aka the "Pullman"..... so sick! Nice spotting

Agreed, the face-lift did come pretty early for MB, but the car look beautiful. Have you seen the new 2014 E63? So sick

Some black guy with a fedora hat was riding around one here for the past 6 months in camo (black tarping). I think his was an S63 / S65 since it had some fender openings

TBH, wow, looks terrible. Wreaks of Chrysler / Lincoln styling

Yeah i am honestly disappoint. When you learn they start at $105k and then you look at the car....it looks like a 60k car....

the last model s550 had a better road presence.

Maybe it will grow on me...

but the interior looked like something out of the future. It had like one giant screen that was connected to the gauge screen....awesome and spaceship looking.

"Self-driving" cruise control. Keeps your speed and distance from the car in front you.

EDIT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonom...control_system

My car is active cruise control ready albeit not retrofitted, I've looked at the unit and it's no where near as big? Weird

Saw one at the dealership down the road from us. Not a fan. The A8 and facelifted 2013 7 series have it all over the merc in styling.
