Here's one:
16 Major Firms May Have Received Early Data From Thomson Reuters

Quote:
Rolling Stone has since learned that a whistleblower complaint has been filed to the SEC identifying 16 of the world's biggest banks and hedge funds as the allegedly even-earlier recipients of this key economic data. The complaint alleges that this select group of customers received the data anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour ahead of the rest of the markets.

We use war/skirmishes as a distraction, economy boost, or other bullshit reasons. Latest would be that 100k people die in syria and all of a sudden it matters how 1000 died.

Cures for disease are purposefully withheld in place of expensive treatments.

As obvious as it is to a lot of us, until it is actually proven, its still a conspiracy.

True story, the pharmaceutical industry would collapse if a cure for cancer was found. When the cure is found, you can bet that it'll be expensive as all getout to make up for all of the other types of treatments that'll become immediately obsolete.

I'm not defending the conspiracy but tossing people in a room and having them play researcher is an easy way to hide it.

What happens when we have 7.5 million more people not dying every year?

No, it's not a big front, but the pharmaceutical industry makes bank off cancer. You can ask anyone in pharm school...they'll all tell you the same thing.

I know at least 4 people who are pharmacists. None of them believe this.

These people work very hard. I know people in the field. Just because we know nothing about pharmaceutics, we let our imagination wander. Take a simpler example.

Imagine there was an ingredient that made food super flavorful without calories, but no cooks, chefs or anyone else affiliated with food knew about it. You think that's likely?

Furthermore, the average person misunderstands cancer. There is no cure for cancer and there never will be. It comes in all shapes and colors. There will be better ways to predict it, prevent it and treat different kinds based on different factors. There will never be a "cure".

If someone told you there was a cure for traffic jams, but they don't want you to know about it, would you believe them?
