no that's not an SRS bumper. That's an oem M3 bumper with CSL diffuser and custom slats in the bumper.
SRS bumpers have a completely different shape and diffuser more like M5.

so what you guys think of the SRS spoiler? I like it, since it lowers the car from the back. Only I got the Mtech 2 because of the CF diffuser that I just needed to have! Is it possible to detach the diffuser from the SRS spoiler seperately and then make it cf?

Yes it is possible and yes it has been done. Chase did it.

The SRS bumper is fairly over priced because of shipping. This is the reason you don't see it as often.
