You aren't understanding, from Memorial Day to Labor Day I am playing competitive beach volleyball several times a week. I can't obliterate my legs at the gym, I won't have any lift when I play. I've tried it before, my performance on the court is noticeably different.

I'm still doing air squats, wall balls, box jumps, etc. during my other workouts. I have a dedicated leg day the rest of the year. I am by no means a no leg workout guy, trust me.

Oh alright, gotcha. I'm pretty unfamiliar of what it takes for volleyball strength wise, so I definitely can't comment on that. But from my beach workouts, I can definitely relate as far as how hard it is to accelerate out of the sand. Cool, man. Keep up the hard work! Looks like you definitely work hard from your first picture.

Beach volleyball is awesome, I play 2x a week in a league right now. Not terribly competitive league ...I spent my college summers sun up to sun down drinking beer and playing volleyball. I honestly could play every day.

There's one mirror in my house where I look great. The problem is I can't angle my damn phone in there to get good pics lol. It's in my bathroom and when I stand in the hallway I see all kinds of things I can't see in sun light or regular mirrors. It's crazy what the right lighting can do.
