Thanks! I also like your Recaros!
Maybe the new leahter for the M3 seats not as expensive as the Cross Sportster itself, but I would get a pair for my next project.

How do you control the backseat windows? I noticed there are only two switches next to your shifter, when most of us have four.

Little mod on my steering wheel:
M badge backlight

The original M badge removed from the trim, and drilled out:

Bought a not original M badge from ebay.
Cleaned the sticky back:

Now I have to leave, continue and finish today afternoon...

Here I continue the project:

Remove the right side cover, and take out the panel:

then solder two wires to these places:
(I had to ask my friend to do it, because I don't understand the electrical things...)

I ordered few amber SMD LED from ebay, then tried to make a panel.
First I tried with three leds and without resistor. Almost burned out my eyes!!!
Then tried with two LEDs and with resistor.

The back of the panel:

The fixing of the panel:

This is the final resultof the backlight:

Now I only have to ask my friend to make a new panel, my test panel looks like crap...
Unfortunately I don't remember the size of the resistor (I tried a lot before I choosed), but hopefully tomorrow I can post it.
