They called me today to say they had located a trucker, only they called me at the wrong phone number. I didn't find out until it was too late via email. Hopefully they will locate another driver tomorrow.

I purchased the car. It has an old high mileage M52tu longblock dressed with M54B30 Intake manifold/Valve cover and MS45.1 Harness/DME in it, not a rebuilt M54. The supercharger also does not move freely and binds. The title has not arrived yet but I can only assume that it is not clear. The AutoCheck shows Salvaged. I'm in the car $5,900 and can't do anything other than part it out. Buyer beware; not only of this user, but any other user on this forum. It seems as if this issues are becoming more common.

You purchased the car without having it inspected and without running an autocheck/carfax?

I was selling a car AS IS, meaning no guarantee of anything, especially when it just got totaled. I gave all the information I had on a car from me and previous owners. Everything I knew, everything I was aware of, gave him all additional info he asked for(additional pictures, videos, document) Have not lied one word. He purchased the car, started parting it right away...sold wheels, put SC and exhaust for sale. after a few days he texted me it has different, not rebuild motor, even if it's true I had no idea and couldn't possibly know that, Im not a motor specialist and I never took it apart...why would I...it ran perfect. Last seller gave me all the AA receipts which stated it has been rebuild. I ordered new title from dmv(old one was filled by mistake) then...all of a sudden I get email from paypal, claim, buyer wants full refund, item not as described and I have $-5000 balance on my account. I contacted him WTF. Offered him $800 back, he refused saying Paypal will decide. They decided...he gets nothing. I got new title, which is clean like I stated, which means car can be registered no problem, title is not salvaged nor rebuilt. Asked him for name and address to mail it to, he refused to give.
You are buying a car after serious accident, there are always some risks, some guys are not man enough to deal with..turn b*tch on, start running around crying to paypal, sh*tting on my name on the forum. Chill man, take a deep breath, go through the ad again and tell me...what could I possibly say to prevent your from buying it or having this issues

Alex and forum users,

I do not want to start a useless argument on the forum here. What's done is done. I simply wanted to caution users to be more careful when purchasing parts from anyone on this forum. However, I do want to clear up some discrepancies.

Alex's communication was on point. I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle from him from the very beginning to the day it arrived. He did in fact provide the information I requested. I bought the car with the intention of bringing another ZHP back to life(much like Avetiso has done), and keeping the supercharger for me to use on my ZHP. I paid for the vehicle and arranged shipping. While waiting on the car to arrive, I did a HPDE at Roebling Road; this altered my course of action with my car. I then decided I'd rather have race seats/harness and lightweight wheels/RA1's than a supercharger setup, thus the reason I posted a feeler thread for the supercharger kit. I sold the wheels immediately, because I was going to put my style 135's on the black coupe when my new track wheels arrived.

On day 1, my indy and his autobody tech removed the front clip. Day 2 they call me at state they have some very bad news for me. I go to the shop and they break it to me. The motor in the car is a M52tu with M54 valve cover, m54b30 manifold, and ms45.1 harness and dme. The supercharger bearings are seizing up and the charge pipe has been installed sloppily. The motor shows it's age, with a production year of 1999. Oil and grime are caked to the motor in all crevices and the thermostat is leaking, it's obvious this motor has not been rebuilt, nor is it a M54.

Later on day 2 I contact Alex and explain to him the situation. He states that he has no knowledge of it not being a M54 and asks me what I would like to do. I asked for a full refund and return shipping paid by him, his response; "That's not going to happen". Obviously, I immediately file a claim with PayPal and provide all of the evidence. PayPal does not cover Automobiles under their Buyer Protection Policy and unfortunately ruled in his favor. While PayPal was reviewing the case, Alex contacted me to ask what name and address to send the title to; I simply told him that we should wait on PayPal's ruling before he mails the title, I did not refuse it. After the PayPal decision, I've sent Alex my full name and address again, but have not heard back from him.

I understand the risks with purchasing a vehicle sight unseen over the internet, I've done so before. If the car were to have arrived with a rebuilt M54 as advertised, I never would've approached you for a return.

Are those pictures from your PPI?

Why didn't the person inspecting the car bring up these issues before the sale?

They were from the POST purchase inspection. I felt comfortable buying the car without a pre purchase inspection. Unfortunately that was a big mistake. You live and you learn..... Hopefully I can re-earn my already hard earned money.

Yeah, that's a lesson you didn't need to learn. It's been learned hundreds if not thousands of times. Good luck with your part out.
